As a Corporate Trainer, I specialize in designing and delivering impactful learning programs that drive professional growth and organizational excellence. My core areas of expertise include Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH), Safe & Unsafe touch Sensitization (POCSO Act). Financial Literacy, Gender Sensitization, Workplace Etiquette and People Management. Each session is crafted to create awareness, build skills and promote a culture of respect and inclusion within the workplace.
In addition to my corporate work, I am the Founder of a social welfare organization that focuses on community development, elderly care and empowerment of marginalized groups. Through this initiative, my team and I provide structured support in the form of counseling, social internships, NGO capacity building and corporate social gifting programs that promote sustainability and inclusivity.
Over the years, I have collaborated with numerous organizations to help them design, implement and evaluate CSR projects that align business goals with social impact. My approach combines empathy with strategic thinking — ensuring that every initiative delivers measurable value to both people and organizations.
