True learning extends beyond classrooms. Our Social Internship Program provides students and young professionals with the opportunity to experience the ground realities of social work while developing essential skills that shape their personal and professional growth.
We collaborate with NGOs, community-based organizations and corporate CSR initiatives to create structured internship opportunities that are both educational and impactful. Each program is carefully curated to help interns understand social issues from multiple perspectives — from community engagement and resource management to advocacy and impact assessment.
Through guided mentorship, field exposure and reflective sessions – interns learn how to translate empathy into action. They gain valuable experience in project execution, communication, teamwork and problem-solving — qualities that are vital in any professional setting.
This initiative also acts as a bridge between academic learning and real-world application, preparing socially responsible citizens and future leaders. Many of our interns go on to pursue careers in social development, human resources, education and corporate sustainability.
